END USER LIMITED WARRANTY - HPC POS SYSTEM CORPORATION HPC warrant's it's hardware products for a period of one year from the date of purchase from our authorized
resellers, and 3 Years for Cash Drawer & Organizer Models. The mentioned products are to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This limited warranty only pertains to
the original purchaser of HPC products within the United States. This warranty pertains to the individual HPC products and the manufacturers specifications, not a interfaced or a bundled
system or a mix of various manufacturers products. This warranty does not apply to products which have been connected improperly or functioning outside normal use. Furthermore, this
warranty does not apply to products which have been damaged as a result of an accident, misuse, neglect or improper packing and shipping. Only original cartons and packing material are acceptable
for the limited warranty. Any defacing, logo and or serial number plate removal will void that warranty. Modifications and improper service will also void the warranty. In order
to validate any claim, proof and date of purchase must be submitted to HPC. |
